1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the6th Street Tacos website and services, including our text-message (SMS) program. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. SMS / text-messaging program terms
The following terms apply to 6th Street Tacos Alerts, our text-messaging program.
Program description
When you opt in, 6th Street Tacos will send you order-ready alerts, pickup updates, and occasional specials from 6th Street Tacos. This is a recurring message program.
How you opt in (consent)
You enroll by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by submitting a sign-up form or texting our keyword. Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your consent is specific to this SMS program and is not shared for any unrelated purpose.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies (up to about 4 messages per month).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan; 6th Street Tacos does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers & delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.6th Street Tacos is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues arising from the transmission or receipt of text messages, or for charges imposed by your carrier.
Your privacy
How we handle the phone numbers and consent collected through this program is described in our Privacy Policy. Your opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Orders, pricing & availability
Menu items, prices, hours, and location are subject to change and availability. We do our best to keep information on this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is always complete or current.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or SMS program for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person through our forms.
5. Intellectual property
The 6th Street Tacos name, logo, menu content, and site design are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Disclaimers
